Who We Are?
My Story
Born in Manchester, I moved to the Isle of Man in 1981 with my family.
Since then I’ve lived mostly in Port Erin in the south, enjoying island life and all of the wonderful things it has to offer.
For many years my business background was predominately in marketing, but my great passion has always been for getting outdoors and walking the hills and trails of this beautiful island.
I first started enjoying the benefits of walking when I entered my first competitive walking event in 1988. This was when I competed in the Parish Walk for the first time. From then on, I was a regular entrant and completed the full 85-mile route 3 times. During those 25 years I also competed and completed the End 2 End walk (30 miles) on numerous occasions.
In early 2018 I felt that I needed a new challenge. So, I used this as an opportunity to chase my dream of starting up my own business and enjoying the past time I loved the most, Trail Walking.
